Notices should be in writing and in English. A notice should identify the sender, the sender’s authority, the intellectual property or matter concerned, the legal basis of the communication, supporting documentation, and a postal and email address for reply.
Submission of correspondence creates no contractual relationship with the entity. It grants no licence, sublicence, permission, assignment, or right of any kind. It waives no right, remedy, defence, privilege, confidentiality position, or protection available to the entity under written agreement, written instrument, applicable law, or equity.
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, names, marks, digital assets, materials, registers, ownership records, and documentation held, administered, or controlled by the entity are reserved. No right is granted except as expressly granted by written agreement executed by an authorised officer.
The entity is not a commercial enterprise. It does not trade, does not provide services, and does not interact with the public commercially.
